Relating To Affordable Housing.

Abstract

Requires that Hawaii housing finance and development corporation housing projects, in a county having a population of more than 100,000 but less than 1,000,000, include a restrictive covenant that the percentage of units of the housing project that are designated as affordable housing, as described in the submitted housing project application, shall be affordable housing in perpetuity.
